The Neon pigments are concentrated and bright. They are stable in Cold Process soap. They may be used in MP and HP as well.
Mix with a little oil from the recipe and add it at trace.
Max Usage - 1-2% of the soap weight ( Use upto 1 tsp for 500gm of soap). LIP Safe Colours and may be used in a range of products like soaps, lipbalms, lipsticks, lotions, creams and butters.
